Accordingly, our company considers not only the commercial qualifications of the suppliers with which it establishes business relationships, but also their operational structures, business processes, legal compliance status, ethical approach and potential areas of risk through a holistic evaluation approach.
The supplier eligibility and evaluation processes conducted by our company are carried out through a risk-based approach, taking into account the nature of the business relationship, the field of activity, transaction characteristics, supply structure, geographical factors and other applicable eligibility criteria. The primary purpose of the evaluation processes is not only to conduct the necessary reviews at the beginning of a business relationship, but also to ensure that the processes are monitored and assessed for compliance throughout the period during which the business relationship is maintained.
Accordingly, the evaluation activities carried out by our company may include;
• Assessing the information and documentation required in connection with the business relationship;
• Gaining an understanding of the supplier’s operational structure and business model;
• Identifying potential risk indicators relating to the business relationship;
• Conducting additional evaluation processes where necessary, depending on the nature of the business relationship;
• Regularly reviewing eligibility criteria; and
• Assessing risk mitigation and corrective measures where necessary.
