Given the nature of the precious metals industry, illegal activities, breaches of human rights, financial crimes, risks associated with conflict-affected areas and reputational risks that may arise within the supply chain can affect not only the parties directly involved, but also the industry ecosystem as a whole. Our company therefore does not consider compliance with the applicable legislation alone to be sufficient; it also takes nationally and internationally recognized good practice principles into account in conducting its operations.
