The reporting mechanism established to support this approach is designed as a system through which employees, business partners, suppliers and other stakeholders can raise concerns in good faith regarding suspected misconduct, ethical violations or potential compliance issues via designated communication channels.
All assessments made through this mechanism are handled with due regard to confidentiality, impartiality, objectivity and compliance requirements. The necessary review processes are conducted by the relevant departments.
